The Belgrade Waterfront is an ambitious Real Estate project designed for the nearly-abandoned neighbourhood of the train station of Belgrade, right close to river Sava. The Serbian Government and a non-transparent company based in the United Arab Emirates are involved in it. The local residents of the area have been evicted and their houses demolished. Some have been offered an alternative solution, some not. Ivan is the last inhabitant of the zone. He reacted in time and brought the Serbian Government to the court, deciding not to abandon the house in which he lived the last 32 years of his life.

Kuća is a short film by Nikola Lorenzin & Niccolò Natali, produced by Santabelva. It premiered in April 2018 at the 65. Martovski Festival of Documentary and Short Film of Belgrade.
